Creators
In Telefónica #Creators, employees contribute by generating specialised content for the company’s website and LinkedIn community. This initiative aims to give visibility to the unique knowledge and experience of each employee, allowing them to share their perspective and expertise on topics relevant to the industry and the company.
Each Telefónica #Creators participant has the opportunity to create blog posts, LinkedIn posts, videos, infographics and any content format that reflects their area of expertise, regardless of what it is. This content, in addition to strengthening the company’s digital presence, also seeks to foster the professional and personal development of employees, encouraging them to research, learn and express themselves about their areas of interest.
The initiative is global and inclusive, being open to any Telefónica Group colleague from any country in the world.
