Nuria Talayero San Miguel

Nuria Talayero is Head of Digital Public Policies in Telefónica S.A. After being in R&D and engineering areas, she has been working for more than 15 years in regulation and public policies applied to the digital sector.

Currently, she contributes to the definition of Telefónica’s public positioning and its communication, represents the company in international organisations such as ICC and leads initiatives related to the adoption of diverse digital technologies to promote their impact on companies and regions. Telecommunications Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and graduate in Business Administration from the UNED.
