Business Principles and Policies

Our Responsible Business Principles set out our ethical commitments as a Company and constitute our Code of Ethics and Conduct, as well as our sustainability policy. These Principles govern what we say and do in our daily activity, both when acting individually and as a team.

They apply to all of us who are part of the Telefónica Group, regardless of where we carry out our activity or our position or role. Within our value chain, business partners and suppliers play a key role; therefore, we require them to adopt a code aligned with these Principles.

Everyone at Telefónica has the responsibility to act with integrity, transparency and commitment in order to build a relationship of trust and security with all our stakeholders.

QUERIES CHANNEL FOR THE RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS PRINCIPLES

To ensure the proper understanding and application of the Responsible Business Principles, and as a complement to communication campaigns and training activities, Telefónica provides employees and third parties with a dedicated queries channel. Through this channel, they can resolve doubts, seek guidance or obtain clarification on the contents of the Code of Ethics and Conduct.

Important: this channel is not a whistleblowing channel and, as such, it does not meet the confidentiality and security requirements applicable to whistleblowing channels.
