Florie Saulnier is Global Talent and Capabilities Director at Telefónica Group, where she leads the company’s global talent, capabilities, learning and development strategy (Universitas), driving initiatives to strengthen critical capabilities, accelerate leadership development and evolve towards a skills-based organization, contributing to the Group’s transformation through its people. She is currently also the Global Head of Diversity within the Telefónica Group.
She has more than 15 years of experience in talent management within multinational and technology-driven environments. She began her career in international executive search firms, leading executive recruitment projects for global companies across a wide range of industries. She joined Telefónica in 2013 and has since held several global roles across Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Transformation. She also complemented this experience through her work within Telefónica’s digital business unit, contributing to the growth and development of new digital products and services.
Florie holds a Degree in International Relations and Diplomacy and a Master’s Degree in International Relations from CEU San Pablo University. A French national, she is fluent in French, Spanish and English.
