William Lúligo Monsalve

I hold a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Universidad del Valle, with a specialization in networks and communications from the Universidad Icesi in Cali, Colombia, and an MBA from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Information Technology and Telecommunications at the University of Valladolid (Opacity AI).

With over 20 years of experience at the Telefónica Group, I have worked in R&D, operations, customer service, and systems. I currently work in the Data, AI & Automation department at Telxius Cable Spain.

I am an enthusiast of artificial intelligence, collaborating on ML, DL, and GPT projects, and I promote the responsible use of AI as an RAI Champion at Telxius. Additionally, I am a member of OdiseIA and have spoken at events on AI ethics. I am motivated by helping people through technology and teaching.
