How long have you been with Telefónica and what is your assessment of your time here?

I have been with the company for 27 years and my assessment is excellent, I compare it to a world of possibilities where we can develop both professionally and personally. I consider it a great growth to belong to this technological world in all its aspects. I am very grateful for that.

Is there any project at Telefónica that you feel particularly satisfied with?

Yes, I am a lover of neuroscience, soft skills in human development and behaviour, I belong to the company’s page of authors for employees and I have been able to write articles related to these topics and referring to technology in its advances, the resources that we should not forget for our wellbeing in working hours and in everyday life, I am proud to belong to this space.

Also in Argentina, in the page of Worplace : Ar- Discipline change management, I was trained as an ambassador in change management processes and I contribute with topics related to the aforementioned issues on that wall. I love writing, creating informative videos that help the Telefónica community to feel more empowered with their own skills, feeling confident, happy and empathetic with their needs and those of their teams, where they can be protagonists of what they like or what makes them stand out.

What do you think Telefónica has contributed to society?

Telefónica has provided a new digital world for connectivity with distant loved ones, being up to date with technological advances, being part of important issues for our planet such as sustainability and sustainability, dealing with social issues and integrating them into the workplace such as diversity and inclusion, opportunities to find spaces for continuous learning, information and academics.

Telefónica, as time has gone by, has developed its services according to the growing needs of the whole community, both in technology and social needs. Pride of belonging.

Where do you see Telefónica in the future?

I see Telefónica as being at the forefront of global growth in technology, artificial intelligence applications, electronic payments, websites with advanced designs, providing (as always) the best quality with sustainable, sustainable and moral parameters with respect to conscious consumption of technology, care for our planet, without forgetting the human need to feel good about its use in order to connect with those we love.

Could you live without a mobile phone?

From the starting point of my personal interest, and which points to the understanding of our BEING as a human person, I could be without a phone, as I exercise in my daily days a digital disconnection for a few hours to connect with myself. I know that too much screen time is not good for our sleep health, our cellular metabolic cycles are altered by constant screen use.

I can live for hours without a mobile phone, but I consider this medium necessary to connect, to work, to travel, as it gives us that feeling of being able to share what happens to us and socialise, which is so necessary for our survival from a neuroscientific and human development point of view, giving us wellbeing. That is why I consider that I could not live without it.

Help us solve one of humanity’s great enigmas: the potato omelette… With onion or without onion?

With onion and garlic it is more appetising, and if possible, adding red chorizo sausage makes it delicious.
