How long have you been with Telefónica and what is your assessment of your time here?

I have been with the company for 16 years now. I joined in 2008 as part of the *612 area (at that time we belonged to Atento S.A., a group company), where we attended to our colleagues for different General Services requests, along with my job growth and a greater sense of responsibility that came with time. I also grew personally, got married and had three beautiful daughters.

More than a year ago I decided to change my career path within the company, and since then I have been part of the Digital Transformation Management, as a Change Management Facilitator.

Is there any project at Telefónica that you are particularly satisfied with or proud of?

Over the years I have been involved in many different projects and I think that all of them have made me feel proud to be part of Telefónica. Those, for example, that were linked to the environment, where as a Responsible Company we sought to reduce waste, the correct final disposal of hazardous waste, etc.

And now, more recently, the projects in which I am participating that are more linked to people, being able to give training to all types of public, working on issues such as change management, emotions, how to navigate conflicts and have a different view of them. Accompanying teams so that they can achieve their objectives and promote continuous improvement.

What do you think Telefónica has contributed to society?

Innovation, understanding that the challenging environment in which we find ourselves leads it to rediscover and reinvent itself in order to continue growing day by day.

Where do you see Telefónica in the future?

I see it as positioned as a leading company, developing and growing the potential of its resources.

Could you live without a mobile phone?

I think that, for many everyday situations, the mobile phone has become indispensable. But we must also have the ability to disconnect, understanding that the time we dedicate to ourselves, our families and our relationships allows us to be more relaxed and productive when reconnecting with our work space.

Help us solve one of humanity’s great enigmas: the potato omelette… With onion or without onion?

With full onion gives it that special flavour, with Chorizo colorado it also has its charm. But in my family I have the best potato omelette maker and she avoids onion.

Suggest a crazy idea that you would like Telefónica to make for its centenary

If we are thinking about omelettes why not a quick omelette, with onion, without onion, with chorizo, with whatever the customer prefers heh heh.
