    • I started my career at Atento S.A., a company that at that time belonged to the Telefónica group, in 2008, in the internal customer service centre, in charge of resolving general service incidents. Over time, I took on greater responsibilities and by the end of that same year, I became a team supervisor for Atento S. A. In 2010, I became a permanent employee of Telefónica de Argentina, working as Facility Manager and managing contracts with maintenance, cleaning and locksmith suppliers, among others.

      Along the way, I got married, had three daughters and resumed my university studies. Currently, I am very close to graduating as a Certified Public Accountant and Bachelor in Business Administration, with only a few subjects pending.

      About a year and a half ago, I decided to make a career change and took on the role of Change Management Facilitator. This transition has allowed me to explore a new, more collaborative way of working, always focused on continuous improvement. Now I have the opportunity to accompany teams that are in a process of change, so that they can reach their full potential.
