Miguel Barreda Ángeles
Senior Research Scientist at Telefónica's Human-Artificial Intelligence Lab
Miguel Barreda Ángeles is a research scientist at Telefónica’s Human-Artificial Intelligence Lab, where he conducts research on the psychological aspects of new communication technologies.
He obtained his PhD in Social Communication at the Pompeu Fabra University (Barcelona) and, in the past, he has worked as a researcher and lecturer at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and the University of Amsterdam.
He has published numerous scientific articles in the field of media psychology, has collaborated as an external expert with the European Commission’s Research Executive Agency, and is a member of the editorial board of the academic journals Media Psychology and Virtual Reality.
