Dr. Kilian Kemmer
Senior Trend Researcher and Corporate Innovation Manager
Kilian has been with Telefónica for about ten years and currently works as a Trend Researcher and Corporate Innovation Manager at OD&P, following earlier roles in consulting, leadership development, and change management.
He holds a PhD in political philosophy and is a trained systemic coach.
Beyond that, he is a jazz pianist and explores improvisation both artistically and from a research perspective, translating its principles into modern organizational contexts in a series of publications.
