Bergman Morales

I am Bergman Morales, a professional in the Human Resources area with more than 20 years of experience. I am currently a Business Partner at Telefonica Venezolana, where I have been working for 15 years in different units of the HR ecosystem.

My position allows me to grow day by day and develop skills such as negotiation, empathy, trust and strategic vision. I am responsible for understanding internal customer needs and delivering innovative solutions that help the business drive new ways of thinking and managing change.

I am passionate about continuous learning and constant improvement. Therefore, I am always looking for new training and updating opportunities. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Administration in HR Management with SAP HR certification and several courses in leadership, communication and change management, among others.

I consider myself an optimistic, creative and collaborative person. I like to work in a team and share my knowledge and experiences with others. In my free time I enjoy my family, movies and going to the beach, I like baseball and I unconditionally support my favourite football team La Vinotinto.
