Beatriz Rubio

I currently lead the People function at Fiberpass, where I am a member of the Management Committee. Throughout my career, I have worked across different areas of Human Resources, both within and outside Telefónica, contributing to the creation and consolidation of new companies and leading projects related to talent, culture, leadership, communication and team development.

People are my true passion. I believe the best companies are built when people understand the purpose, feel part of the project and have room to grow.

I am also an executive coach, trainer and mentor, supporting individuals, teams and leaders in their development and transformation.
