  • What are the steps to become a Telefonica supplier? / I have doubts about the registration process

  • What does Type of document mean and what information do I need to include here?

    In this field you must indicate your VAT number (CIF, Tax ID, RUQ..) without the country code

  • When registering, I am asked for information about the countries in which we supply. What information should I include?

    Please select the countries in which your company can currently supply or provide services. This information can be updated later if it is needed.

  • In the registration form I am asked to indicate a Telefónica contact person, but I have no contact.

    This is not a problem because it only serves us to assign your file to the team that will be responsible for managing it (Registration Unit) depending on the company to which the contact belongs.

  • What is the Industrial Group?

    If your company belongs to a consolidated international Business Group, please select the group name from the drowdown. If your Group does not appear, you can indicate the name in the “supplier comments” section.

Registration profile

  • Why should I update my data if my company is already registered?

    The team responsible for managing your file (Registration Unit) will require you to update the information in your file annually to ensure the validity of the information

  • What is the anti-corruption certificate?

    In order to verify your company’s compliance with our internal regulations on business integrity, suppliers are required to complete the anti-corruption certificate in order to record the commitment of our business partners to comply with the provisions of the mentioned policy.

  • I already had access to the Platform but I do not remember my username or password

    It is possible to reset the password or remember your username accessing here, selecting “have you forgotten your username/login?” or “have you forgotten your password?” depending on the information you need to know.

Others

  • I am included in Telefónica's supplier catalogue but I have not been invited yet to any negotiation

    Being part of the Telefónica Supplier Catalogue allows to participate as a bidder in all Telefónica Group companies but in no case supposes the assumption of any commitment of acquisition or contracting.

  • I have doubts about the annual renewal process
