How long have you been with Telefónica and what is your assessment of your time here?

I have been with Telefónica Argentina for 11 years and my assessment is very good. I was able to buy my own house and plan a family. I am also a professional basketball coach in Argentina. I think the company helped me to develop as a team leader. I am currently head coach and coordinator of a club with more than 400 basketball players.

Is there a project at Telefónica that you are particularly proud or satisfied with?

I feel proud to represent my colleagues in Telefónica Argentina, to look for new strategies, improvements in the work or new challenges together with them. We were also able to look for many changes at work and to consolidate them for a better future.

What do you think Telefónica has contributed to society?

I think that what I have contributed most is collectivity, growth, development; although in Argentina there is still a lot to contribute in many areas, but above all in sport. I follow Paul Gasol and in Spain, together with Telefónica, he is developing new strategies such as the advancement of statistics thanks to big data techniques.

Where do you see Telefónica in the future?

I see it positioned in the digital world as the number one company, and I also believe that it will be accompanying the development of athletes and companies, as it is doing today.

Could you live without a mobile phone?

I could not, I think that from my experience of having lived alone for sport in other places far from home, I think that the phone, in a second, connects you with the people you need to know that everything is OK or simply to be close when you are far away.

Help us solve one of the great enigmas of humanity: the potato omelette… With onion or without onion?

I like it Babe style in Argentina. Not cooked and not raw either.

What crazy idea would you like Telefónica to do for its centenary?

I would love for there to be a cultural change of employees, and to be able to show and tell what it’s like to work at Telefónica, in different parts of the world.
