Tatiana Espinosa de los Monteros

Tatiana Espinosa de los Monteros holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) and has six years of experience as a Human Resources consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers and 26 years at Telefónica, where she has held different HR positions in Group companies until reaching her current position as Group HR and Diversity Director.

Tatiana is also chair of the Diversity task force in the ERT (European Round Table), member of the Executive Committee of ADIRELAB (Spanish Association of Labour Relations Directors) and member of the Advisory Board of Cuatrecasas. Tatiana is married and has three children.
