José Ángel Remesal

I have a degree in Business Administration and Management. I work in Madrid, the city where I was born, with a double hat: project manager and coordinator of LAN Specialised Engineering.

For many years I worked as a Monitor and Coordinator of Leisure and Free Time, where I was able to discover my teaching facet.

I love music and travelling with my wife and my two children.

Since I was 6 years old they started calling me Reme at school (there was another Jose Angel with a more common surname), so I usually answer to Reme before Jose Angel.

Elena Parreño Turrión

I joined Telefónica in May 2013, where I discovered what a great company it is and how exciting it is to be able to help the people who drive the business. That’s when I realised that I became part of this great blue family, which is a source of great pride.

I have had the good fortune to meet extraordinary people from different areas of the company who have been pillars in my development, both professionally and personally.

I would highlight my passion and high level of commitment in every project I undertake and with the team I lead. I live every day with enthusiasm and I manage to transmit this positive energy to my environment. I consider that I have a transversal and digital profile, thanks to my involvement and continuous training.

Additionally, I am a lecturer on the Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Leadership at Cardenal Cisneros University and a mentor, helping people to achieve their professional and personal goals.

I have a degree in audiovisual communication and an MBA in television companies, which has allowed me to carry out my work at Telefónica over the last 10 years. I started in the Corporate Communication and Institutional Marketing department, where I am still working, in charge of digital communication and social media (managing the department’s audiovisual material, managing the blog, SEO positioning), and then I specialised in social networks.

In addition, I have worked for a year and a half in the executive coordination of content, and I have managed different social networks for more than 8 years. Currently, I am managing content for Telefonica’s blog.

I am passionate about cinema and I love travelling.

Willian de Melo

I am Willian de Melo André, Brazilian, 38 years old, 2 daughters and I am finishing business school. I have been a relationship supervisor for 2 years, but I have been a soldier, a sportsman and a rebel without a cause.

I was born and raised in Curitiba-PR, I studied at the Marianist Adventist school and the State school of Paraná, where I participated in the basketball team and studied Italian. After finishing school I entered the Brazilian army, where I took the body training course (CFC), stayed in the armed forces for a year, graduating in military meteorology.

When I got out I had my first born Isabella. During this period I ended up making the wrong choices which led me into drug problems, which took away everything I had achieved. Leading me into a battle that lasted almost 8 years, between hospitalisations and relapses, until God gave me a way out: my daughter Giovanna. She was the lighthouse light I needed to get out of the bottom and completely change my life and existence. I studied pedagogy and nursing, I changed companies and the places I frequented.

God rewarded my efforts by bringing my excellent wife Celine into my life. We managed to buy a house, cars, we were able to travel, until life took me to Telefônica Brasil, where I matured professionally and saw that all the struggle I went through was worth it.

It made me an extremely empathetic and resilient person. With a lot of hard work and dedication, today I can say that I am professionally fulfilled, with a company that not only thinks about results but also about the quality of life of its employees, providing professional and personal growth. This is a summary of who I was and who I am, always with a smile on my face and always at peace.

Sebastian Brizuela

I have been with Telefónica Argentina for 11 years and the assessment is very good. I was able to buy my own house and plan a family. I am also a professional basketball coach in Argentina. I think the company helped me to develop as a team leader; I am currently head coach and coordinator of a club with more than 400 basketball players.

Luis Daniel de Oliveira

I have been with Telefónica for almost two and a half years, but I recently joined as a permanent employee.

During this time I have met incredible people who contribute to the success of the company and this encourages me to develop myself more and more every day.

Yolanda Castellanos

Yolanda Castellanos has a degree in Law from the Carlos III University and has been with Telefónica since 2000 (PIVOT project). Since 2015 she has played a key role in the billing claims department at GGCC.

Outside of work she enjoys cinema and keeps active with aquagym and pilates. She is a mother of two children, and finds her inspiration in her daughter Ainara with Down’s Syndrome, whose vitality and joy has transformed her outlook on life and encouraged her to appreciate every moment more intensely.

Laura Isabel Pais

I joined Telefónica in March 2012. It was a great experience because they gave us a training course in Madrid, and I was able to meet future sales people like me in a student environment… the best time of my life, even though you don’t have any money. With those colleagues you get together from the first minute and we help each other in difficult times.

I like to think that we are what we learn in difficult times. There is a drawing that I love about this phrase. I put it below. What I have learned… empathy and patience.

Santiago García Alaiz

After a phone call on 28 December 1999, the possibility of working for Telefonica became a reality. Twelve months had passed since the start of the scholarship, a very special time and one that stays with you, together with those of us who were there for the rest of Telefonica’s life.

I am not one of those who feel that time passes quickly and so I would say of these 25 years, in which I have been able to serve in Telefonica in two areas, Budget Control and People. The day I started working in what used to be called Human Resources, now People, it gave me a very special feeling to be able to see an employee behind the need for which we were looking for a solution; I still remember that feeling.

Paula Fernández

Well, I arrived at the end of 2018, with a lot of enthusiasm, but I confess that I also had a lot of fears, and the experience has been very positive. It’s a real luxury to be able to work with so many different people, learning from each one of them.

There’s nothing we can’t do and that’s fascinating!!!!!

Rosany Silva

I joined Telefónica in September 2010, which is almost 14 years. From the very first moment in strategic projects, and if I think about it I would divide it into 3 phases: a first phase dedicated to the B2C segment in marketing in Telefónica Venezuela; a second phase in the global team in Madrid very focused on SME marketing; and a third very exciting phase focused on the digital strategy of the company with TTech, strengthening alliances with the most relevant partners in the technology market throughout our footprint.

Raúl Córdoba

My name is Raúl Córdoba Arneaud and I live in Caracas, Venezuela. I studied economics at the Universidad Central de Venezuela (UCV) and a specialization in Marketing Management at the Universidad Simón Bolívar (USB). Three things I enjoy the most: actually the first is the one I love the most and that is playing with my 4 year old daughter, enjoying her growing process and laughing together with her in the tents we set up with sheets and pillows. Secondly, cooking.

In 2022 I studied traditional Venezuelan cuisine and professional cooking to perfect my techniques. And the third, teaching. Currently, I have been assigned the challenge of designing the chair of Product Management and Development for the specialisation in marketing at the USB.

Jose Antonio Gutiérrez Alata

Social communicator, specialising in journalism, graduated from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos in Peru. Master in Digital Marketing. Completed studies in Master’s Degree in Communication, Social Development and Population; and postgraduate studies in Corporate Communication, Image and Social Responsibility.

Joaquín Flores

I joined Telefónica in 1998, so I have been with the company for 25 years now. The time has gone by too quickly.

Juan Forero

My name is Juan Andrés Forero Tobar and I have been working at Telefónica for more than 25 years.

When my older children were thinking of “Studying the same as their father” I insisted that if they wanted to do the same as me, they should study something different, because I graduated as an Electronic Engineer but I have been working in the areas of systems, processes, planning, just to name a few, something more suitable for an Industrial or Production Engineer.
I have been working in the areas of systems, processes, planning, just to name a few, something more suitable for an Industrial or Production Engineer.

I share my professional life with other tastes, the first of all: my family, then gardening. I have studies in acupuncture, reiki and homeopathy.

Of course there is also corporate volunteering, which has always brought me a lot of growth, companions and joys. I find spaces to share some of what my work has given me with different stakeholders.
