I am CTIO Hispam, direct report to CEO Telefonica Hispam. These are my responsibilities:

Responsible for fixed and mobile networks and IT technology in Hispam, comprising Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Argentina and Uruguay, currently with a total budget of $3bn and 12,000 FTE. Main focus on digitalisation, IT transformation, FTTH deployment, mobile evolution and inorganic agreements such as the mobile access agreement with ATT in Mexico or the fibre agreements with KKR in Chile, Peru and Colombia. Responsible for the fibre company 100%Tef but independent in Peru. And Member of the Board of Telefónica Hispam.

I am Board Memberships of:

• Member of the Board of Telefónica Móviles Argentina and Telefónica Argentina as of April 2018.
• Board Member of Internet para Todos (IpT) in Peru as of April 2019: IpT is a rural operator in Peru that provides services to several operators through a MORAN contract in +3000 locations. The shareholders are: Telefónica, Meta, CAF (Development Bank of Latin America) and IDB (Inter-American Development Bank).
• Member of the Board of OnNet Fibra Chile as of July 2021. ONF provides wholesale FTTH services to operators throughout Chile with 4 MM HHPP. Shareholders: KKR and Telefónica.
• Member of the Board of Directors of OnNet Fibra Colombia as of January 2022. ONF provides wholesale FTTH services to operators throughout Colombia with 3.3 MM HHPP. Shareholders: KKR and Telefónica.
