I have been with Telefónica since July 2007, working as a project manager, first in communications projects until 2019, when I joined TSO as project manager, a very happy moment for me, after many years of being a bit cold, to be honest. In 2022 I moved to Telefónica Soluciones, something I had always dreamed of and which I finally achieved.
Daniela Paz Muñoz
In Santiago de Chile, I began to understand the importance of connectivity and technology in our society.
In São Paulo, I learned about the diversity of the Latin American market and the need for constant innovation. In Madrid, I was able to deepen my understanding of Telefónica’s corporate culture and participate in strategic projects that have a global impact.
I have had the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and challenging environment, surrounded by an incredibly talented and committed team. Telefónica has not only given me job stability, but also the possibility to develop in different contexts and contribute to innovative projects that have a positive impact on society. I am proud to be part of this great family and all that we have achieved together.
Diego Martín
I am a 23 year old computer engineering graduate.
I started working at Huawei almost two years ago in the department that handled the Telefónica service and that’s where I fell in love with this company, for everything it did, for its dynamics and its impact on society.
I was lucky enough to be able to jump from Huawei to here where I am looking to grow and develop professionally.
Since I was a child I have been in love with technology, as a study, work and hobby. Everything that is technological generates my interest, but especially when it involves working with people.
I have always said that I am a “bad computer scientist” because I have always enjoyed working in a team and interacting with people, which is sometimes not so common in the industry.
I hope my answers are suitable for what you are looking for. Feel free to let me know if any of them don’t convince you or you find them too short to give them a further twist.
Luis Landa
At the age of 11 with the idea of creating posters, brands and polo shirts, I was enrolled in a design course, there was a change of classrooms at the last minute and I ended up in a programming class with Visual Basic Studio 6. I remember that I had to make accounting forms, it was very comfortable to create them and when we saved the information in a database I felt my mind filled with ideas and I knew from that moment that software engineering was my destiny.
My background is in computer and systems engineering, I started as a programmer, continued as a tester, analyst, development manager, project manager and in the last few years as an agile specialist. This allowed me to meet many people, teams, applications, experiences and successes.
Today I am an agent of change in BI and Big Data management, I believe that to be a company adaptable to changes in the sector it is necessary to have more motivated people, improve time to market, reduce defects and achieve efficiency.
Committed to learning and accompanying teams to experience change, with a focus on simplicity, openness, commitment and respect.
