Jenny Caicedo

I have been with Telefónica for 12 years, during which time I have grown and learned a lot as a person and as a professional. Telefónica allowed me to change and overcome my own barriers, as it allowed me to start a new cycle in the field of telecommunications. And what I value most is the opportunities it has given me to continue adding and contributing to what I like to do, connecting with people and contributing to a more digital world.

Fabiano Barreros

I have two stages in my career at Telefónica. The first, when I was a kid just out of high school, was from 1997 to 2002, in Brazil. I returned to Telefónica in 2007 and since 2013 I have been in the Global CTIO in Spain.

Telefónica is a brave company that faces challenges with determination and a lot of success. It constantly renews itself, without fear of the new and demonstrates year after year that it is on the right path. This spirit of facing the new that Telefónica has inspires me, I also seek to face problems with courage, listening to others and taking that little bit longer step that challenges me more.

I certainly can’t complain about the variety of topics I’ve worked on… and the great colleagues I’ve learned from.

Vanesa Gómez

On 20 June 2018 I joined Telefónica Móviles España after working for Telefónica as an external for 18 years. I know it’s going to sound a bit “corny” but since I was a little girl it was a dream I had to fulfil. I had two neighbours at my parents’ house (one in Madrid and the other in the Sierra) who worked for Telefónica, both in very different fields.

I remember how I used to listen to my neighbour Pedro talking to the technicians because there was a switchboard down and they had to solve problems of incommunication for clients and for me it was like the most important thing. And, on the other hand, Jose María was more involved in the technical design of networks and I found everything behind a telephone, a network or even a mobile phone amazing.
