Alejandra Alonso Díaz

Alejandra Alonso is Head of AI & Digital Services Sustainability. Her responsibility is to work with different areas of the company – ESG, Compliance, Innovation, … to encourage the company’s AI and Digital P&S practices to be environmentally responsible and socially ethical, aligned with key regulations such as dual materiality and the EU AI Act.

With over 20 years of industry experience, she has held leadership roles in AI product development, digital marketing and business management.

Alejandra is also an active contributor to international organisations. She recently collaborated with the GSMA to develop the Responsible AI Maturity Roadmap initiative to promote the ethical and responsible use of AI in the industry.

Yolanda Escribano

I am Yolanda Escribano Blázquez, I studied Technical Engineering in Computer Management. I am an expert in process improvement, transformation of operating models and new ways of working, simplification and search for efficiencies, as well as a great connoisseur of the business world (especially in IT Services) and ORTI. I am currently a transformation driver in the Transformation Office. In addition, I am part of the cast of internal teachers specialising in Agile.

I like to interact, get to know and get involved in the needs of others. I am of the opinion that evolving, as well as enriching us and taking us out of our comfort zone, makes us understand and value the work of others.

Carlos Momesso

My name is Carlos Momesso, I am 43 years old, I am married and I have a daughter, Mariana. My hobbies are playing video games (Souls-Like games) and playing volleyball (I almost turned pro). I have been passionate about technology since I was a child. Currently I lead our Operating Systems team in Brazil (Virtualizers, Windows), but I have worked in different areas of the company, from systems development, sales systems support and B2C services, IVR and even mainframe support.

I am very proud to be part of Telefónica and to be able to contribute to our Company making a difference in the lives of our customers.

Ismael Requena Moreno

I was born in Madrid in 1971. I studied Forestry Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Madrid. At Telefónica, I have travelled from the commercial to the marketing areas, to contribute my experience with customers in the creation of products. Vertical content solutions for sectors such as law publishing, connectivity in rural areas, the new shared payment model or the new employee offering are some of my offspring. All of this is watered by my love for nature, my love for travelling, for sports, for magic and for volunteering actions of different kinds.

María Claudia Ornellas

I have been with Telefónica for 19 years, which went by very quickly. I have worked in several areas, with different managers and great challenges. Telefónica is an incredible, diverse and inclusive company, which has transformed a lot in this time, moving towards a position as a technology and innovation hub in different market sectors. It is a company with many opportunities and where growth is certain.

Mireia Cuenca

Mireia Cuenca holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and an MBA from ESADE Business School. With experience in strategic consulting and digital telecommunications, she has worked on international projects in Europe and Latin America.

Currently, she is head of global video alliances and head of innovation in the partnership area of Telefónica S.A., where she leads relationships with OTT platforms such as Netflix and Amazon.

She stands out for her ability to identify business opportunities, drive technological innovation and manage global teams. Her career includes key roles at PwC and a focus on immersive experiences and innovative content. Mireia is fluent in Spanish, English and Italian, and is known for her collaboration and passion for technology.

Phillip Rohde

I started in January 2024 as an Internal Security Consultant. My time here has been very exciting. Work Telefónica presents itself to be full of both learnings and challenges, both professionally and personally. There is so much to learn and so many people to meet. But I can say that with a happy face. I’m thankful for the trust and the diverse responsibilities placed in me and glad for every colleague that I have met.

Sara Gómez

I have been working for Telefónica since 2002, when I started as a collaborator. After a period as a freelance, also linked to the company, I officially joined the staff in 2012.

During all this time, Telefónica has given me the opportunity to learn from great professionals and to grow professionally in multiple facets, as I have been lucky enough to work on innovative projects and in collaboration with very diverse teams in the company.

Darío Alonso

Darío studied Telecommunications Engineering at the University of Seville and an MBA at the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He also holds a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Robotics from the University of Seville.

Always restless, for this reason he has worked in technology companies of all kinds, from startups to large corporations, at an international level. Among others, he has worked for Qualcomm in Silicon Valley, eBay in Switzerland and a geolocation technology startup that had Nokia as its main client. This has allowed him to develop a vast experience in managing digital products and services internationally, as well as having the opportunity to speak fluent English, German and Portuguese. And for the last 10 years, he has had the tremendous good fortune to work for Telefónica, where he joined through Tuenti, where he developed his work as Product Manager and product team manager.

In addition to a great passion for technology, he loves team management and sport. In this area, he regularly practices taekwondo, a discipline in which he holds a black belt. And he is a Betis fan.

Cayetano Lluch Mesquida

Mr. Cayetano Lluch Mesquida (Ciutadella de Menorca, 1950) is a Telecommunications Engineer from the ETSIT in Madrid and has been linked throughout his professional life to Mobile Communications in general, and to Mobile Telephony in particular. He began his professional career in 1974 at GTE Electrónica, participating in various developments and deployments of mobile communications. In 1980 he joined Telefónica, participating since then in the definition, engineering, deployment and operation of the 1G, 2G and 3G Mobile Telephony systems of Telefónica/Telefónica Móvils.

In 2001 he was appointed Network Manager of Telefónica Móviles España. In 2006 he was DG of Technology and Services of Telefónica Spain, until his separation in January 2009. In the period 2010-2014 he was Vice-Dean of the COIT (Official College of Telecommunications Engineers).

Henrike Hedel

Henrike Hedel is Corporate innovation Partnership Manager. Over the past 14 years, she has gained experience in the aerospace, media and technology sectors and, from 2023, in the telecommunications industry.

Innovation management has been a recurring theme throughout her career, especially with regard to innovation culture, collaboration and idea management. In her spare time, Henrike can be found in the air taking flying lessons or on the ground in the German-Swedish network.

Patricia Romero

I have been working for Telefonica since 1999.

My assessment could not be more positive. Not only have I grown here as a professional, but also as a person. I have learnt about telecommunications and teamwork but, above all, Telefonica has allowed me to have a broader vision of the world, I have got to know different cultures and ways of working and it has given me very good friends.

I take with me having worked with very good professionals, very talented and kind people, fun and positive people who made everything seem easy.

Alfonso Colomé

I am Alfonso Colomé, a technical engineer in Computer Science, born in Madrid. Since I was a child, I have always felt a great passion for technology, which has allowed me to develop a career in various companies in the technology sector. What I am most proud of is having been able to apply my knowledge in projects related to healthcare, an area in which I have worked for more than 10 years, both nationally and internationally.

In 2019, I started working at Acens, part of the Telefónica group, as an IT specialist in the Levante area. This experience opened the doors for me to return to the healthcare sector, working for the last two years as a Healthcare Sales Specialist at Telefónica. Currently, I am facing a new challenge as Sector Leader in the applications area.

In my spare time, I am passionate about sports and healthy living, the combination of both is one of my greatest pleasures, and I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

Suzzy Cipriano

I have a degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Information Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.

I started my career at McKinsey as an Information Specialist, where I worked for almost 4 years on projects in various segments.

After this period, I joined Citibank Group where I worked in the areas of Sales Strategy, Portfolio Management and Monetization, Current Account Acquisition and Business Intelligence for 12 years.

I have been at Vivo since 2014, where I was initially responsible for all CRM B2C/B2B management. I then took charge of the Terra & Vivo Ads business unit and am currently responsible for the CX area for integrated operations, with the challenge of increasingly enhancing the connection with our customers, ensuring service excellence at all touch points.

I am very communicative and love to chat and talk about progress, whether professional or personal. We are unique in our purpose and reconciling both areas is extremely important for a successful career.

David Santiago Turiño

I started at Tuenti at the end of 2010, when Telefónica already had a stake, and it wasn’t until the end of 2013 that it was fully integrated.

In all these years I have had the opportunity to evolve alongside colleagues who are top professionals, participating in different areas such as QA, development of support tools for other teams and creation of mobile applications for our millions of customers in different countries, in both developer and manager roles.

Marta Martínez

Degree in Psychology from the Autonomous University of Madrid. I specialised in Industrial Psychology
Industrial Psychology by vocation, passionate about the world of human resources, I have developed my professional career in the disciplines of Selection, Development, Talent, Organisation and Compensation within multinational companies.
I currently participate and lead projects in the area of People Business Impulse within the People Management of the Global Units.

Rosa Céspedes

Professional with more than twenty years of experience in the field of corporate communication and event organisation.

Trained as a journalist, my passion for communication has led me to work in different areas such as public relations and press office, production, advertising, graphic design and marketing.

Jesús Figueroa Granados

Born in 1959. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid in 1981 and a PDG from IESE-University of Navarra in 1999.

Throughout his 30-year career at Telefónica, he has held management positions in the areas of Market Research, Marketing, Service Development, Sales, Corporate; and in his last stage as Head of Human Resources and Talent Management at Telefónica España.

He experienced the opening of the Telecommunications Market, which meant a revolution in the approach and development of the services demanded by the Spanish society. The role of the Marketing and Sales area was very significant (devising approaches and new approaches to customers), as well as for the operational areas of Network and Operation (enabling the implementation of new services and their provision in a timely manner).

In 1995, he joined Telefónica Publicidad e Información (TPI) as Chief Commercial Officer, and in 1996, after the sale of this subsidiary, I rejoined the Group as Director of the Cabinet of the COO in the consolidation stage following the acquisition of O2.

In 2008, he assumed responsibility for the Human Resources and Talent Management Area at Telefónica Spain with the aim of ensure the best contribution to the needs of the Business (in terms of guidance, professional profiles and incorporation of new talent).

In 2014, after 30 years of professional development in the Telefónica Group, he joined Open Vision Partners as a Senior Advisor.

He has also been a speaker in different courses at the Universidad Juan Carlos I, Universidad Carlos III and Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Collaborating professor at the Norte Joven Association.

Cristina Cuadrado

I started at Telefónica as an intern in 2012, joining the company as an employee after the Talentum grant in September 13. So I have just completed 11 years with the company.

Compared to the 100 years it sounds a bit short. But time flies by… I feel like I’m on the phone and I’m happy to be part of this great company. I have had the opportunity to change roles and to continue learning in different areas, to surround myself with great professionals and to experience great milestones.
