State-certified Technician in Electrotechnics with a specialization in Information Technology from Grundig Akademie . He began his professional career participating in the commissioning and maintenance of the GSM network in Germany and France, both in the access network and the core. He joined Telefónica 27 years ago, always working in the mobile network domain. He is currently responsible for network quality and Automation, from the user’s perspective, across the entire O2 Germany network.
