I hold a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Vallecas.
I have gained experience in various areas within the company, starting in the ‘CDN’ video unit, and going on to serve as Service Operation Manager on projects such as Conexión Segura and Service Delivery for initiatives like Tokens and HaC, where I acted as PMO for Living Apps, both in Spain and Brazil.
I am currently part of the Video Delivery team, where I also carry out more technical work than just PMO duties. My role focuses on acting as a liaison between teams, identifying issues, analysing metrics and managing pre-production environments, ensuring the stability and quality of the service.
