Jesús Muñoz Migueláñez

Jesús Muñoz is in charge of the Operational Security area at Telefónica, overseeing regulatory preparation and coordinating all Telefónica OBs concerning Crisis Management, Business Continuity, Supply Chain Security, Physical Security, Personal Security, and Travel Security.

With a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica of Madrid (1992), he served as the Engineering Director at Amper Sistemas until 2017. Among other responsibilities, he oversaw the design and development of command and control systems for the Spanish and Swiss land armies, the Integrated External Surveillance System (SIVE), and emergency management systems for 112 call centers.
