The Board of Directors has agreed to submit to the next General Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company, a proposal to distribute Telefónica, S.A. treasury stock among its shareholders in the proportion of one (1) share for every twenty five (25) shares. The distribution will be charged against paid- in capital reserves.
The ATCO Group, subsidiary of Telefónica de Contenidos, S.A. has entered into an agreement to sell 100% of the share capital of the companies Radio Continental and Radio Estéreo, radio operators in Argentina of the Telefónica Group.
