Raphael Amaral Dos Santos

Raphael holds the position of Institutional Consultant at Vivo (Telefônica Brasil). He leads dialogues and help build bridges in support of public policies that serve the best interests of different sectors of society. Specialist in institutional relations and advocacy on technology and digital ecosystem issues. Raphael holds a degree in International Relations from the Catholic University of Brasília and an MBA in Institutional and Government Relations from Ibmec Brasília. He has experience across multiple stages of engagement strategies with public sector entities, both in the Executive and Legislative branches, at the federal, state, and municipal levels.
