Director of Responsible Business and Corporate Ethics Telefónica Hispam and Telefónica Movistar Foundation Argentina
Agustina has developed her professional career in the telecommunications industry standing out for her strategic vision, team leadership and the promotion of collaborative, diverse and inclusive work environments. Throughout her corporate career, she has driven acquisitions, mergers and transformations focused on the value of people and business sustainability.
Since May 2020, she has been Director of Responsible Business and Corporate Ethics at Telefónica Hispam, a position from which she leads Telefónica’s Sustainability strategy in the region and the design and implementation of the Responsible Business Plan in the eight countries where the company operates: Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, Venezuela and Uruguay. Since March 2013 she has been director of the Telefónica Movistar Foundation in Argentina.
She represents Telefónica in different international associations and organisations; she is vice-president of the Group of Business Foundations in Argentina, she is a member of the One Generation Advisory Council of Unicef Argentina and is a founding member of the Pollera&Pantalón Association.
