We are conducting a study to test a new artificial intelligence tool designed to enhance the online shopping experienceby emulating the personalized service of a physical store.

What does the study involve?
- 60-minute one-on-one interview, where you will interact with a conversational prototype and share your feedback and experience.
- In-person session at the Human Experience Lab, Distrito Telefónica, Madrid, a space designed to test innovations in a comfortable and dynamic way.
- When: During the first week of December.
