I currently work as Operations Leader in the Warehouses area, attached to the Logistics Department, where I actively contribute to optimising the network and improving our customers’ communication experience. I am part of the IP Networks technology group. I have spent my entire professional career providing support for the various IP networks that Telefónica has developed throughout its history. From the now defunct Nuria Network at the former Telefónica Data, to its integration into RIMA and its conversion into the current Fusion Network. That experience led me to join Cedex IP, which for several years centralised support for the N3 networks of the various OBs in the Telefónica group. All this knowledge and a thorough reskilling in the world of programming has led me to develop, in recent years, tools for network monitoring, diagnosis and supervision. Restless by nature and with an insatiable desire to learn, I enjoy trying to make life easier for others and spending time with my family.
