Manuel Luis Alberto Arriagada Muñoz

He holds a degree in Civil Electronic Engineering, mention in Telecommunications from the Universidad Federico Santa Maria, in Chile.

He joined Telefonica in 2004 and his professional development is associated with working with multidisciplinary teams to provide solutions in transport networks and mobile backhaul. Mainly network deployments, solutions for SSPP and BHIP and the implementation of quality of service and ptp synchronism in the network, considering different technologies among other achievements.

Commercial Engineer, MBA and diploma in digital marketing, innovation and new business development.

With a trajectory within Telefónica that began in the residential and sales area, passing through b2c marketing and today he is in charge of new business for the wholesale segment in Telefónica Hispam.

Daniel Maniega Santana

Professional and personal environmentalist. I became part of the Global Sustainability Department (ESG) about 8 years ago, as part of the environmental team, where we work day after day to make Telefónica a more sustainable company. From the promotion of renewable energies, environmental certifications, carbon footprint…to a long list of other areas, with one single objective, to do our bit to change the world. Because one teaspoon alone does not empty a pool, but a million does.

Raúl Marín Cabello

My name is Raúl Marín Cabello and I am a Telematics Engineer trained in Palma de Mallorca, my hometown. During the four years of my degree I discovered that, from the wide world of telecommunications and computer science, the two specialties that I was passionate about were cybersecurity and data.

When I finished my degree in 2020, I decided to specialise with a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity and Privacy, and it was in that same year that I joined Telefónica as an intern in the Talentum programme. After a year of internship I had the opportunity to join the staff as a Project Manager in the area of Business Services Development.

In 2022, I continued my professional development by broadening my business vision by studying an MBA, also with the support of Telefónica. In February 2025, I had the opportunity to continue advancing within the company and was appointed Head of Settlement and Logistics Systems.

In addition, I strive to always keep myself updated and in constant training to be able to incorporate the best practices and methodologies that arise in a constantly evolving digital ecosystem.

Paulo Cocato

Technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) executive with over 15 years of experience developing strategies to enhance digital transformation in several companies in the market. Paulo has extensive expertise acquired through consulting and work in private companies, where he acquired knowledge in AI solutions, digital product management, IT project management, software engineering and digital solutions architecture.

Currently, as Head of Artificial Intelligence at Vivo, a commercial brand of the Telefónica Group in Brazil, Paulo is responsible for driving the company’s digital transformation through the LAB.IA hub for innovation and development of new AI products and AURA (the company’s AI). With over 30 million interactions per month in sales and customer relationship channels, including the company’s official channel, the Vivo App, his remarkable leadership and knowledge are helping to make Vivo a leader in AI solutions and digital transformation.

Agustín Gutiérrez Arroyo

Head of Wet Plant since 2010 in Telxius (former TIWS) with a long background in Telecommunications industry and based in Madrid. I joined Telefonica in 1996 working in TDMA, GSM and UMTS network roll outs in Spain, Austria and Morocco and technology department for transmission networks. I started the submarine cable world in 2003 facing different roles.

I lead a team that is responsible to maintenance Marea, Brusa, Mistral, SAm-1, Unisur, PCCS, and other systems, manages negotiation for maintenance contracts of wet plant and gives support for any operational issue of submarine cables. Also, it Includes the participation in new projects of submarine cables. I represent Telxius in ICPC as EC member, participating in ESCA and ETNO organizations.

Daniel Consentini

Daniel is a computer engineer by the UNED and has more than 10 years of experience in the technological field. He currently works in the cybersecurity area of Telefónica Tech, offering his experience and knowledge in the different projects and clients of the group.

He defines himself as passionate about IT in general and cybersecurity in particular, matching his work with his greatest passion. His banner is continuous learning, always trying to be up to date and evolve as fast as technology evolves.

In his free time, he likes to collaborate as a writer in different technological forums trying to open his experience to the rest of the community. Likewise, he likes to collaborate in the development of new tools and projects that facilitate the day to day.

Agustín Jiménez Ospina

Economist from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, candidate for the Masters in Economics and Public Policy at Universidad de los Andes. With experience in digital transformation and telecommunications. He has worked as an economic advisor at the National Planning Department in Colombia. He is currently a Regulatory Professional at Telefónica Colombia.

José Santiago Gómez Medina

Economist with a master’s degree in Economics, he has a solid background in telecommunications in both the private and public sectors. He has worked as an economic advisor at the National Planning Department in Colombia and as a consultant for Fedesarrollo and the Berg Institute. At Telefónica, he has been involved in the Regulation and Public Affairs areas in Colombia. Currently, he holds the position as a Regulation Expert on the Public Policy Strategy and Positioning team at Telefónica Hispam.

Germán Ariel Yakubisin

Germán Ariel Yakubisin is a multifaceted professional who combines his passion for innovation and sales with a deep spiritual and family commitment. Husband to Patricia and proud father to Rayen, Germán balances his professional life with meaningful roles in his community and home.

José Manuel Payán

With a degree in Physics and a degree in Computer Science in addition to IE Business School’s global management programme for Telefónica, I currently lead the company’s Contact Centre Platform Architecture and Operation area.

With 25 years of professional experience in the company, 17 of which leading teams, I have had the privilege of contributing to the company’s success in a wide range of IT technologies, which has given me a valuable holistic view of the opportunities offered by the revolution we are living.

You could say I am organised, curious or communicative but I would highlight my persistently creative, passionately innovative nature.

Committed to the generations that precede us but especially to the future of those that follow us, which has led me to the foundation and management in my spare time of FABLAB M, a non-profit organisation focused on promoting innovation and entrepreneurship from pre-university stages with which I have launched numerous scientific-technical projects with which I have obtained important recognition such as national awards from the Caixabank Foundation or the Telefónica Foundation.

And as a father of 2 daughters who could not stand still, founder of the portal Diverrepaso and the initiative #DaleLaVuelta to stimulate female vocations in Science and Technology in collaboration with INTA and CIEMAT.

On a more personal level, I am an inveterate music lover (visit my blog Il Ritrovamento Armónico ), a fan of writing short stories and poetry, and a kitesurfer. My sources of motivation, extrinsically my family in whom I reflect myself, and intrinsically the rewards of the adventure of exploration.

Alberto Alías Martín

My professional life in Telefónica began at the customer’s side, from my start as a Teleoperator in the Customer Service Centre of Moviline, Movistar and the Department of Cancellations, Collections and Billing. I led the outsourcing process to external providers, Atento, Eurocén, Digitex of Telefónica Móviles España’s customer service centres.

Subsequently, I worked as a supervisor in the Customer Service Centre, resolving queries from commercial advisors and being responsible for the specialised direct service group, attending to the company’s high-value customers. Later, together with Atento, we transferred the customer service to these platforms. Later, from the Customer Service Control area within the CRC Coordination and Support management, we worked to define and develop a customer service model and audit-evaluate the quality of the service we offer our customers. In CRM Technology and together with business intelligence tools “Verint” we implemented a project to provide these tools to our call centres.

I have also participated in several training actions in Customer Service Model, Verint, La Voz del Cliente and I have trained Universitas students in the Customer Focus programm. From Customer Experience in the D.T of Catalonia, I have participated in several projects to improve the experience that customers have with our company and to define the strategic one from the territorial scope.

I have been responsible for projects related to the improvement of the quality we offer to our customers (reduction of complaints, customer loyalty, containment and retention of customers).

In short, increasing the CSI by analysing the results obtained from our Quality department. I have led strategic projects for the Catalonia Territorial Management (Installers Plan, Dynamisation of the My Territorial Company Plan and “Fridays in Sales”, a complete programme where the participant experiences 100% of all the company’s processes, from Operations to Sales, 4 days in Stores, with specific training in Sales methodology, Telephone Channel, On-line Channel and Social Networks.

I have been part of the marketing project for the Movistar Fibra Optica product and also in the study of FTTH cancellations. Studies of root-cause reduction of complaints, increasing customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and getting customers to become fans of the company and thus achieve a very high perception of quality. My functions from the Mobile World Centre Espacio Movistar, consist of organising and promoting the mobile world capital and presenting Telefónica as a telco 3.0 Digital, promoting digital services, in addition to fixed and mobile voice, data, internet and television.

Services such as Spotify, Nubico, Data Cloud, etc… also promoting the youth segment and Fusion services with Movistar TV. The functions that I carry out in the position of Event Manager are Public Relations and event organisation, mainly for our partners, Mobile World Capital, Barcelona City Council, Generalitat de Catalunya, Ministry of Industry, Secretary of Telecommunications, Telefónica itself and its group companies and other public or private organisations that work with technology, mobility and innovation.

I am also in charge of VIP visits to the Mobile World Centre, presidents and executives of companies that want to meet the new Telefónica and defining the strategy of the space. Also responsible for the dynamisation, traffic generation and customer satisfaction of the flagship in Barcelona, currently the Movistar Centre. In March 2016 I moved to Madrid to join the Responsible Business team, as Manager, in the Directorate of Corporate Ethics and Sustainability as Manager. Carrying out international coordination functions for all companies worldwide that are part of the Telefónica Group.

I also managed aspects related to Supply Chain, Talent Management and Diversity and Minors and the group’s strategy around Responsible Business.

In April 2017 with the creation of Compliance TE, I was part of the Compliance team in Telefónica Spain, developing the compliance culture in the company, in charge of the Compliance inquiries mailbox, responsible for communication and training and projects related to integrity. 

From there, in June 2023 I returned to the customer side in the Quality and Customer Experience department. First with the Logistics and the Customer Jorney, and with an internal customer program “Tu Cliente”. Cristina Fernández

Cristina Fernández is Telecommunications Engineer by Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, complemented with an Erasmus exchange at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden. She began her career at TIWS as a Provisioning Manager for capacity and IP services. In 2012, she joined Telefónica de España, where she has been focusing on optical networks ever since.Throughout her career, she has taken on various roles involving supplier coordination, customer relations, and the management and execution of cross-functional projects. These projects required her to research, gather, and consolidate information and data, obtain conclusions, and propose solutions.

She also has extensive experience in market technology analysis, validating technological solutions, and conducting proof-of-concept tests, reporting to various decision-making bodies, and providing operational support. Over the past five years, she has expanded her scope of responsibility with Automation and AI, exploring their potential to implement solutions that simplify, facilitate, and optimize daily operations with optical networks.

Paula Martínez Roa

Strategic designer with more than 15 years of experience in international companies. Expert in User Experience and Innovation. Lecturer in Design at UDIT University.

My professional career spans sectors such as the financial sector, streaming entertainment and clean energy. I am currently responsible for UX in the Sector Solutions and Energy Department. I combine my work as a designer with teaching innovation and service design at the University of Design and Technology UDIT. PhD student in design on behavioural design.

Mónica Ramírez Panduro

I am a Telecommunications Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, with a Master’s degree in Telecommunications and Mobile Communications. My experience is focused on the design, planning and optimisation of radio networks. Currently, I work as a Radio Planning Engineer, where I specialise in the planning and optimisation of 4G and 5G networks.

Christine Stoll

I started in 2005 for the “Alice” brand with HanseNet as a customer service agent. Later we became part of the Telefonica family. I remained loyal to Customer Service. Since 2013 I have been an assistant to the management at the Rostock location.

My daily activity is very varied and multifaceted. Telefónica always encourages me to change my perspective – that’s refreshing! I really enjoy working in my team for an innovative and modern company like Telefónica.

Leticia Lago

Leticia Lago is Director of Public Affairs and Wholesale Business and Head of Legal and Compliance at Telefónica Movistar Uruguay. She is also Director of the Telefónica Movistar Foundation and Vice President of the Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Shipping of Uruguay.

Pablo Ledesma

Pablo Ledesma has been Director of Network Operations and Services at Telefónica España since 2018. It is responsible for ensuring that all the services offered by Telefónica in Spain are available and work with quality, for which it is necessary to manage the maintenance of the entire infrastructure of Telefónica de España and supervise in real time how all the services reach each customer. He has led projects as relevant as the start of the deployment of Fiber Optics when it began in 2018 or the currently shutdown of copper, which has placed Spain at the forefront of the world both in terms of the availability of Fiber Optics to the home and the shutdown of old technologies such as copper.

Pablo holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering (Polytechnic University of Madrid), a master’s degree in marketing from ESIC and experience at Telefónica since 1992 in areas such as Product Marketing, Business Intelligence, Commercial Planning and Strategy.

José Luis Correa Rueda

José Luis started in 1989 in a Rotary plant to end up leading the copper-to-fiber transformation project, shutting down the legacy and closing the copper plants. Along the way he experienced the transition from analog to digital exchanges, participated in the team of pioneers that centralized the operation in the CNSO, enjoyed the expansion in Latin America, enrolled in the development of ADSL in the residential segment in 2000, went through Security and Protection for 4 years, to return to IP Networks in 2010 and merge RIMA, RUMBA and RUD and integrate TV headends.

He is a Technical Engineer from the University of Seville, a Higher Degree in Security from the Rey Juan Carlos University of Madrid and a postgraduate degree in Security from the Mapfre Foundation. He has a master’s degree in IP Technology and a Postgraduate Degree in Telecommunications Business from Universitas. He is a specialist in generating the conditions so that people, conjured around a purpose, are capable of doing extraordinary things.
