From the Testers Community, we are carrying out a study to better understand how we currently use voice to communicate and interact with technology: calls, voice notes, video calls, voice commands, intelligent virtual assistants…
We want to learn about your experiences, habits and ideas in order to continue improving our services and to design voice solutions that are more useful, more convenient and better aligned with what our customers really need.
What does the study involve?
- Welcome call (15 minutes) a few days beforehand, to explain what the study consists of and to ask you to reflect on your use of voice before the interview.
- A 60-minute individual interview, where we will have a relaxed conversation and explore your habits, motivations and expectations in greater depth.
- Modality to be agreed according to availability: remotely (online), if this is easier for you to organise, or in person at the Experience Design Lab, Distrito Telefónica (Madrid), if you would like to visit our innovation space.
- When: from 9 to 13 February (second week of February).
