Óscar Casado Oliva  

Oscar holds a law degree from the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM), a master's degree in Legal Consulting, and an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa. With more than 24 years of experience in the digital legal sector, after working at several law firms, Oscar has spent most of his professional career at technology-based companies, such as Tuenti and now Telefónica. He is an expert in new technology law, privacy, AI, and innovation. He is a professor at various universities and law schools and a regular speaker and contributor to various forums and publications related to innovation, law, and technology. He is the co-author of several works, the latest of which, published in 2022, is entitled “Legal Aspects of the Metaverse” and was published by La Ley. He has been included in the international directory “The Legal500 General Counsel Powerlist” as one of the 70 best legal directors in Spain and has been awarded the Cross of the Order of Police Merit.
