Sofía Collado Echaure

Born in Spain, in February 1975.

In April 2025, Ms. Sofía Collado Echaure was appointed to the Executive Committee of the Telefónica Group as CEO of Telefónica Tech, a global provider of Cybersecurity, Cloud, IoT, Artificial Intelligence and Data services, supporting the Group’s B2B customers in their digital transformation.

In 2018, she joined Indra as Global Human Resources Director at Minsait division (professional services and technology consulting unit) and in June 2023 she was appointed member of Indra’s Management Committee as Chief Human Resources Officer.

Prior to joining Indra, Sofia spent almost 15 years at leading global strategic consulting firms including Bain & Company and McKinsey & Company, and served as Director of Human Resources for Europe at Russell Reynolds Associates for five years.

She graduated with honours in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Pontificia Comillas – ICADE (Madrid) and holds an MBA from IESE Business School.
