Francisco Javier de Paz Mancho

Javier holds a diploma in Information and Advertising and completed the Senior Business Management Program (PADE) at IESE, University of Navarra.

He has built a distinguished career across executive and non-executive roles and has been part of the Telefónica Group since 2008, when he joined the Board of Directors of Telefónica S.A.

As of November 2025, Javier joined the Executive Committee of the Telefónica Group as Deputy to the Chairman & CEO, overseeing Infrastructure, Facilities Management, and Corporate Social Responsibility. He will also continue to serve as Executive Chairman of Movistar Plus+.
