Borja Ochoa Gil

Born in Bilbao, Spain, in August 1972.

Mr. Borja Ochoa Gil joined the Executive Committee of the Telefónica Group in April 2025 as CEO of Telefónica Spain, assuming responsibility for all operations in the Spanish market.

He developed his career at Indra from 2002, holding positions of increasing responsibility across Technology Consulting, Financial Services, and Defence and Security, including CEO of Minsait Payments, General Manager of Minsait, and Head of the Defence and Security business unit

Prior to his time at Indra, he held various positions at Daimler Benz Aerospace (Germany) and Telli.com (San Francisco, United States)

Mr. Borja Ochoa Gil holds a degree in Business Management and Administration from the University of Lincoln (United Kingdom), an MBA from ESEUNE Business School, and a Postgraduate Degree in e-Commerce and Technology from the University of California, Berkeley.
