Laura Abasolo, Director of Finance and Control at Telefónica, received the Alfiler de Oro 2025 Award from the Asociación Mujer Siglo XXI in Bilbao on May 29th at an event that brought together political, business and social figures.
As stated by the association itself on its website, the operator’s executive is recognized “for her extraordinary professional career and her values promoting diversity, inclusion and leadership based on exigency, empathy, active listening, teamwork and respect”.
Carmen Miral, president of Mujer Siglo XXI, defines Abasolo as a “modern woman, with international projection, with a leadership style based on demand, empathy and respect”.
