New ways of working: digital tools and skills

People are the soul of organizations.  Therefore, they must be at the centre of any strategy, favouring flexible work environments that allow the conciliation of personal and work life, boost productivity and enhance collective creativity. A digital and flexible workplace attracts and retains talent. In addition, in a changing environment we must be able to offer employees the possibility of updating their skills and knowledge to be able to react to the changes that are occurring at an increasing speed. Learning to learn, with the support of technologies that transform learning models, turning them into innovative, flexible and personalized models.
