European Edge Continuum​: connecting Europe through federated edge innovation

Session description

Discover the European Edge Cloud Continuum, a pioneering initiative that showcases how the five leading European operators have federated their infrastructures to deliver a continuous, interoperable and sovereign Edge at European scale.
During the demo, a real use case will be presented: from Telefónica’s portal and from the portals of the other operators, it is possible to deploy services in an automated and unified way across the Edge nodes of all five operators, as if operating a single platform.
This initiative highlights the power of collaboration between operators as a key enabler for accelerating the creation of an open, federated European Edge ecosystem aligned with digital sovereignty principles.
