Telefónica's communication of Corporate Responsibility is developing to encourage synergies with interest groups, with the aim of strengthening bonds and finding common points of interest.
In order to achieve this, the Company worked on various different aspects throughout last year:
- Improving the processes of discussion with interest groups, using new tools and intensifying the debates on public agenda themes.
- Publicising its vision of progress through a model of responsible advertising.
- Including the most relevant topics for interest groups in each country in the annual CR Reports.
