We are grateful for the collaboration and willingness of all the areas involved in the preparation of the Corporate Social Reponsibility Report, throughout the process of information gathering and verification in conjunction with external auditors

  • Customers (Corporate Commercial Development, Quality Departments, Marketing and Customer Service of the business lines, General Legal Secretariate, Communication, Security,etc.).

  • Shareholders (Shareholder Office, Investor Relations, General Legal Secretariate, Internal Audit,etc.).

  • Employees (Corporate Human Resources, Human Resources of the business lines, Joint Health and Safety Department, Communication, Security, Telefónica Foundation, ATAM, Fonditel, etc.).

  • Company (Strategy and management control of business lines, Institutional Relations, Management Control, Regulation, Telefónica Foundation, ATAM, Sponsorship, etc.).

Finally, we would like to highlight the collaboration of the Corporate Social Responsibility teams of each country in which Telefónica operates. These teams are not only responsible for the publication of their local reports, but they also coordinate the supply of information and its verification in each country.
