O2 has the pleasure of giving its name to the O2 Arena which it has been sponsoring since 2007, transforming what was the Millennium Dome into the best leisure centre in Europe. Among other advantages which help make their visit even more enjoyable, O2 customers have the right to get special tickets up to 48 hours before they go on sale. O2 has also created exclusive spaces for its customers, such as the Blueroom bar and O2 Lounge, which are accessed using new mobile barcode-recognition technology. Once inside, 02 customers can customise the atmosphere to their tastes using text messages to choose the background music and the designs decorating the walls. O2 also provides its O2 Angels, a specially trained team which is there to meet and guide visitors and present the company's human and friendly face.
